Production

We have single cavity and multi-cavity moulds operated by clamping units, APG Machines with 4 Hot Air Ovens for accommodating any quantity of insulators, and strong working staff of 75 workers, 4 supervisors, and 4 QC Inspectors to make high quality and precision components.

For quality and quantity production, we have

  • 35000 sq. ft production space.
  • 9 high-power vacuum material-mixing
  • 35 APG Machines
  • Plant capable of producing 15 ton of material per day.

  • In-process monitoring and continual training, as well as maintaining rejection records and implementing corrective action plans.
  • 3-tier quality inspection policy helps us to keep a keen eye on various stages of the manufacturing process (producing First Inspection Reports of new parts, raw materials, in-process material and finished products).
  • Our traceability records are effective to the point of obtaining all essential information, including the names and contact information of the employees who created the goods.

We can ensure flawless delivery, test documentation, and product durability at Radiant. You may rest assured that the things you receive will fulfil the highest quality requirements.

We use the in-house state-of-the-art testing equipment as follows:

  • High voltage electrical testing upto 100 kV.
  • X-ray testing.
  • High- precision dimensional testing equipment.
  • Bending load testing and hydraulic testing.

Material

Radiant produces products consisting of Polymer Concrete and Epoxy resin for both indoor and outdoor electrical purposes.

Radiant has developed its own unique Resin formulation called RE - RESIN after more than 15 years of research and development.

This Formulation's on-site performance and product acceptance speak for themselves

  • It is UV resistant, making it suitable for use outside.
  • Due to the moldability and high strength of metal parts, design flexibility is possible.
  • Mechanical and electrical properties are excellent.
  • Impact, shock, and vibration resistance are all excellent.

  • Freeze-thaw characteristics are excellent.
  • Moisture absorption is kept to a minimum.
  • Durability that minimises damage due to shipment, storage, and installation.
  • Unlike Ceramic, cracks do not propagate during impact.

RE-RESIN HAS BEEN THROUGH MANY TEST PROCESSES IN DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE WORLD IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE GLOBAL ACCEPTANCE AND PRESENCE.
